I had the best experience ever here!! I didn't want to go buy a car. I hate the 50 million questions to only be told no. But my sales person was amazing. Shout out to Connor!! The most gangsta and down to earth sales person ever!! Shout to to his boss too. Even if he was a Michigan fan! Lol .. This place is family owned and truly listen to what you want and really want to help you. They have my business for life! Thank you guys again. We will be back!

Connor and Wes were amazing!! They really listened to what I told them I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with a nicer, newer, reliable vehicle that was in my budget. They made sure to factor in pain points from my current vehicle and gave me valuable options. There was no pressure from either of them. It was a very fast, easy, and pleasurable experience. They gave me the best possible offer on my trade and matched me with a lender that gave me better financing than I thought I’d qualify for. 10/10, fantastic experience.

We purchased a car here last week and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I went in not sure they could help me in a not ideal situation. Conner worked all day to get us into a new vehicle that we drove home that day! They presented us with multiple options, didn’t pressure us in any way and were so understanding throughout the entire day. I highly recommend going here for your car this place took REALLY care of us, so good we went back and bought another car the next day! Seth is awesome, he went way out of his way to make sure that we we were completely satisfied with our purchase, and he was very thorough when explaining the contract for our loan to my 18-year-old daughter and 21 year old daughters who had never signed onto a loan before! Every single car that we drove on their lot was in very good condition with low miles and I've been to tons of dealers in my life but they really take good care of their cars and they won't put a piece of junk out there for you to buy! When you go ask for Seth he's an awesome sales guy!

I bought a Ram from here recently. The service was superb. I was writing a salesman for about a week on a vehicle but could never make time to travel from Toledo. My wife found another vehicle we both liked and we planned on a Saturday to speak with Kyle in person, but she felt the need to drive there on Friday thinking the vehicle would sale fast. We got there 1 hour before they close and walked to the truck. To my surprise Kyle was the salesman to greet us and help us. From start to finish we had great service and never felt force or pressured like other dealership. Thank you all at Tiffin Auto Mart. Thank you Kyle for giving a perfect experience.

I’m coming back on here to leave another review because I have had so many issues with the car that I got financed here. The second time that I visited I was approved for a vehicle I had a choice between two of which I did not particularly want but being that I was from out of town and in desperate need of a vehicle to get home to my children for Christmas I took the one I liked best a 2014 Buick Enclave ended up financing it for a total of I believe 25,000$ which at the time I had no problem with because like I said before I was desperate to get home to my children for Christmas! The staff was very nice and a month later even helped me pay to switch my tags from Ohio to NC tags. But I have had so many issues with this car it is ridiculous! The battery is drained everyday, I have to unhook the battery every use in order to be able to use the car without getting a jump. I have bought 5 batteries and it’s not the battery it is most definitely the car because I bought a battery and the next day it was dead took it to where I purchased and they said it had no juice and they carved to back up and it just happened again. The car gives me issues when I put gas in the tank, it putts and almost doesn’t want to start, the windows get stuck, and the electrical goes crazy often more than it should! I have so many issues with this vehicle and I can’t take it anywhere because no one wants to but it out so that I can get another car I am in debited with this car that stresses me out so much!! It has been a year of frustration to say the least!! Not to mention the car I got is a Buick enclave 2014 and they are charging me 24,000+$

What started off as a horrible day of car troubles turned into a blessing in disguise all thanks to the hard working, very patient and understanding employees at Tiffin Auto. They went above and beyond for me today as they accepted my trade in to finance me this gorgeous gem. I'm more than happy and I'm so grateful for everyone at Tiffin Auto for taking their time and putting in so much effort to make sure I left with a vehicle that was safe, reliable and very much of an upgrade from what I had brought in. Thank you so much Tiffin Auto. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a good reasonable price with awesome service. 10 out of 10. 😊
